  1. 번역에 사용할 기본 po 파일을 프로젝트 폴더 최상단에 복사한다
  2. main.js 에서 ROOT_NAME 에 po 파일이름 부분을 적는다. 예제: LocalText.po => const ROOT_NAME = "LocalText"
  3. npm run start 를 cmd 명령으로 실행
